Melt over very low heat:
1 12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 stick butter

Remove from heat and add:
1 can Eagle Brand condensed sweet milk

Add:
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder

Drop onto ungreased or lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake on bottom rack at 350 degrees for 7 minutes.
